Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. dry buttermilk biscuit mix
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage (raw)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Form into balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    These freeze well on a cookie sheet, then store in plastic bag.
