Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut
    7 Minute Frosting
Preparation
    Mix together 1 1/2 cups sugar, oil, buttermilk, flour, salt, baking powder, soda and eggs.
    Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0.
