Romanian Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, previously beaten
Preparation
    Mix together
    and
    drop
    into
    chicken soup by the teaspoon. Cook
    10
    minutes
    with lid on and 10 minutes with lid off. Depending
    on
    the
    size of your family, you may want to make 1 or 2 more batches.
    This is a very moist dumpling.
