Cheddar Cheese Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    2 eggs
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    Tabasco sauce (a few drops)
Preparation
    Cook grits as directed on package.
    Remove from heat and beat in 2 eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in 2 cups Cheddar cheese (8 ounces).
    Season with a few drops of Tabasco.
