Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 c. freshly grated carrots
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, carrots, pineapple, water, eggs, oil, pecans and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
