Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; set aside.
    Place milk, sugar, salt and butter in saucepan; heat to lukewarm.
    Pour in bowl; add yeast and then flour.
    Mix well and set in warm place for 15 minutes. Pour out on floured board and pat to 1-inch thickness.
    Cut with cutter; fold over bits of butter (this will take about 2 or more tablespoons of butter).
    Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise 15 minutes in a warm place.
    Place in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
