Sticky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut into small pieces
    2 large onions
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. oil (to fry chicken)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Flour chicken, then lightly brown in frying pan well (2 cups of oil).
    Remove chicken and place in a plate.
    The remains in the frying pan, place in a large pot.
    Add 4 tablespoons of oil, a layer of onions, chicken and seasoning, and repeat until all used. Add water to pot; cover half of chicken and onion layers.
    Cook for 1 hour.
    Add water if needed, a little at a time, so chicken does not burn.
    Enjoy.
