Stuffed Cube Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. stuffing mix
    4 cube steaks
    3/4 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in 4 tablespoons margarine for 5 minutes.
    Remove
    from
    heat.
    Add
    stuffing
    mix
    and toss to blend.
    Spread 1/3 cup mixture over each steak.
    Roll starting with narrow end. Secure with toothpicks.
