Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs in top of double boiler. Gradually stir in sugar, flour, salt, water and lemon juice. Cook until mixture thickens, then add margarine.
    Pour into baked pie crust and top with margarine and brown in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 1 pie.
