Chicken With Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast
1 to 2 tsp. oregano
salt
pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Skin and remove bones from chicken.
Rub oregano, salt and pepper into chicken.
Place in a covered casserole.
Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken.
Cover.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking for 30 minutes.
You may remove cover for last 10 minutes to brown, but meat may dry out. Spoon juice over chicken.
Serves 4.
