Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1 c. English peas
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. sweet pickles, cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shredded cheese (of choice)
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour, sour cream, butter and eggs. Bake until done at 350\u00b0. Let cool and crumble in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Add one layer at a time the peas, onions, pepper, tomatoes and pickles. Top with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon sugar, mixed well. Then sprinkle with the cheese.
