Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 to 1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water and juice combined
    3 c. fruit, fresh or frozen
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix 2/3 to 1 cup sugar and cornstarch together.
    Add water and fruit and bring to a boil.
    Put in 8 x 8 inch shallow baking dish and dot with butter.
    Mix flour, salt, 1 to 3 Tbsp. sugar and baking powder together and then cut in oleo and stir in milk. Drop by teaspoon over hot fruit.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
