Yummy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, thawed
1 egg
1 small can V-8 juice
1 c. onions, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 c. oatmeal (bread crumbs may be substituted)
salt
pepper
ketchup
Preparation

Put ground beef into mixing bowl. Add egg, V-8 juice, onions and oatmeal. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix ingredients together with hands until blended and soft.
Form into large ball and transfer to metal or glass baking dish (8 x 8 x 2 1/4-inch). Pat to flatten. Lightly salt and pepper top of meat loaf. Turn oven on to 400\u00b0. Put meat loaf in for approximately 10 minutes to allow it to get firm, then cover top with ketchup. Cook for an additional 50 minutes. Serves 6.
