Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed crackers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Dot top of corn with 2 tablespoons of butter. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown around edges.
