Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
1 large onion, chopped
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. corn meal
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. oil
cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done. Grate cheese on top and cover.
