Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, sliced
    2 onions, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut up
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomato sacue
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown onions, green pepper and ground beef until cooked. Drain off any fat. In a 4-quart casserole which has been greased, layer eggplant, beef mixture, cheese and tomato sauce until filled.
    Pour any excess sauce and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
