Rice Macedon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can consomme soup
    1/2 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    6 to 8 sliced mushrooms
    1 tomato, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. Uncle Ben's rice
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute vegetables for about 5 minutes.
    Add soup and rice.
    Pour into an ovenproof casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until rice has just soaked up soup.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
