Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    6 to 8 slices cooked bacon
    3 c. cooked, sliced potatoes, salted
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins until done.
    Cool, then peel and slice and set aside.
    In saucepan, over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Add cheese, stirring, until melted.
    Stir in ham.
    Place 2 cups potatoes in casserole dish.
    Pour ham mixture over potatoes. Arrange remaining potatoes on top.
    Brush with rest of butter. Sprinkle crushed bacon on top.
    Cook in medium oven until top is brown and bubbly.
