No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    6 carrots, cut up
    1 onion, cut up
    5 medium potatoes, cut up
    3 stalks celery, cut up
    green peppers (optional)
    1 large can tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Combine seasonings and tomatoes with raw meat, vegetables and tapioca in deep pan or casserole.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
