Tuco De Carne (Meat Sauce For Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 c. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 medium carrot, grated
    2 c. tomato pulp (fresh or canned)
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. broth or beef stock
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil and lightly saute onion together with garlic. Add meat, stir and fry until it changes color. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Season to taste and simmer over low heat about 45 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Pour over freshly cooked pasta. Serve hot.
