Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced zucchini
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream of chicken or other cream soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 box cheese croutons (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Drain cooked zucchini and onion.
    Toss melted oleo over croutons.
    Place 1/2 of the croutons in bottom of dish.
    Layer zucchini, soup and sour cream.
    Top with other 1/2 of croutons. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 or 60 minutes.
