Red Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. red potatoes
    8 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced and cooked
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    Cook and dice potatoes.
    Cook onion in bacon fat and add other ingredients.
    Pour over potatoes and mix carefully.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Put in low oven to keep warm.
    Garnish with parsley.
