Cracker Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 cans Hormel Chunk Ham (5 oz. each), drained and flaked
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, relish, and onion. Add meat, cheese and celery.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours.
    Makes 3 cups.
