Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. water
1 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
food coloring

Preparation

Combine flour, salt and cream of tartar.
Add water, oil and food coloring.
Cook over low heat until stiff.
Let cool and knead.
Roll into ball and store in airtight container.
