Sausage Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 c. hot grits
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Put in a lightly greased casserole dish.
    Combine cooked hot grits, cheese and butter.
    Stir until melted.
    Gradually add beaten eggs.
    Pour over sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
