Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, whipped until fluffy
4 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans
1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
1/2 box coconut
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients until creamy.
Put one layer of mixture, then put nuts and coconut between each layer and on top. Cover with wax paper and weigh down with another dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Next day, top with whipped cream and serve.
