Caramel Corn Oven Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 sticks oleo
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil brown sugar, corn syrup, oleo and cream of tartar for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add syrup to popped corn and mix well.
