Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. hot pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 small bottle or 2 envelopes Certo
Preparation
    Grind pepper and onion.
    Mix pepper, onion, sugar and vinegar and bring to a rolling boil for about 3 minutes.
    Set off stove; let set 5 minutes.
    Add Certo, stirring occasionally; pour in jars and seal.
    Very good on vegetables; also, with crackers as a snack.
