Artichoke Dip(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients.
    If smooth consistency is desired, a food processor or blender may be used.
    Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with Fritos or Melba toast rounds.
