Ingredients

1 large can crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage
1 c. hash brown potatoes
1 c. grated cheese
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Roll and shape rolls to form crust.
Brown sausage; drain and crumble on crust.
Spread hash browns and cheese over sausage. Beat eggs, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour on top of potatoes and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until crust is done.
