Joy'S Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can stewed tomatoes
2 1/2 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 box Kraft Italian spaghetti dinner
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 medium chopped onion
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped (optional)
3/4 c. chicken broth (to desired moistness)
6 chicken breasts, deboned
Preparation

Boil chicken until done, approximately 45 minutes.
Cook stewed tomatoes, bell pepper and onions in saucepan until simmering to almost dry.
Prepare Kraft dinner spaghetti as directed on box.
In a 3-quart micro-dish (Pyrex), prepare following.
Chop chicken, stewed tomato mix and spaghetti in a bowl.
Add tomato sauce, Kraft seasoning, Parmesan cheese and Velveeta cheese, chopped, in bowl.
Cover and microwave for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on unit or until cheese melts.
Great with garlic bread and salad.
