Fumi Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shred and refrigerate
    6 Tbsp. rice vinegar (located in Chinese sections of store)
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Accent
    1 c. oil
    1 pkg. sliced almonds, usually 2 3/4 oz. or 1/2 c. in pkg.
    1 can (.5 oz.) Chinese noodles
    1 bottle sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, Accent and oil for dressing into a container to refrigerate until ready to use.
    Put sesame seed in a pie pan under the broiler for a few minutes stirring occasionally not to burn.
    Put in jar or Baggie until ready to use.
    When ready to serve, add all ingredients and toss. Keeps well.
