Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. molasses
1 c. hot water
1 egg, beaten
2-1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil and egg.
Combine molasses and hot water.
Sift together dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
