Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. apple pie spice
    2 c. peeled chopped apples
    1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in mixing bowl; beat one minute.
    Combine flour, soda, salt and apple pie spice; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating at low speed until blended.
    Stir apples and pecans into the batter.
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until pick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
