Sauteed Steak And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large steak (2 lb.)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Wash steak and cut into strips; set aside.
    Put butter in pan and melt.
    Add steak, onion and bell pepper.
    Brown.
    When brown, add soy sauce and saute for 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours until tender on medium heat.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
