Doris' Panama Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 egg yolks
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    8 oz. almonds, shelled and ground
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 to 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    5 egg whites
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 whole egg
Preparation
    Mix sugar with egg yolks very well.
    Add finely ground chocolate.
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    With mixer, add egg whites and finely ground almonds to batter.
    Mix this slowly and well. Grease and flour an 8-inch layer cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
    After cake is baked and cooled, cut it in half. Mix together butter, confectioners sugar and melted chocolate combined with 1 egg.
    Put cream in middle and on top of layers. Serve small pieces.
    It's very rich and very delicious!
