Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 firm cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 c. boiled rice
    1 onion, grated
    salt
    pepper
    allspice
Preparation
    Separate cabbage leaves.
    Wilt leaves for 5 minutes in boiling water.
    Mix other ingredients together and place 1 tablespoon of this filling in each leaf.
    Wrap and stick with a toothpick. Place rolls in buttered pan.
    Baste with butter and bake 1 hour. Pour a little cream in juice and thicken with flour.
    Pour over rolls to serve.
