Sugar-Free Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices day old white bread (remove crust)
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    1/2 c. granulated sugar replacement, divided
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    vegetable cooking spray
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Brush bread with melted margarine.
    Mix 1 teaspoon sugar substitute and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over bread.
    Quarter each bread slice.
    Layer with raisins in 1 1/2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
    Set dish aside.
    Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining sugar replacement.
    Pour over bread and raisins.
    Place dish in a pan containing hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
