Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Combine soup, beaten eggs, mayonnaise, chopped onion, broccoli, cheese, salt and pepper.
Bread crumbs may be used on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
