Swiss Cheese Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. broccoli, coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 10 x 6-inch dish.
In medium saucepan over high heat, steam broccoli.
In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Add onion and cook 1 minute.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese and broccoli until cheese melts slightly.
Stir in eggs.
Pour in dish.
Bake 30 minutes or until center is firm.
