Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain. Arrange layers or rice, sausage and onion in a greased casserole, ending with rice. Cover with soup. Season. Top with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
