Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 small white onion
    1 banana pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 red pepper
    1/2 lb. Polish sausage
    1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into small pieces.
    Heat pan at medium temperature with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 cup water.
    Add vegetables, shrimp and sausage. Cook until tender and shrimp is pink, stirring often.
    (May also use fresh tomatoes.)
