Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sandwich bread (Arnolds)
    1 or 2 pkg. frozen shrimp, cooked
    1 can Alaska crab meat (optional)
    3 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
    1 small onion, minced or 1 Tbsp. onion powder
    mayonnaise (Miracle Whip preferred)
    parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Cut slices of bread into cubes; set aside.
    Mix shrimp (crab meat), mashed eggs and onion; add bread cubes and mix well, tossing with fork.
    Add mayo and mix well.
    Garnish with parsley flakes; cover.
    Store in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Serve with fresh tomatoes at side.
