Pam'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped kosher pickles
    1/2 c. chopped, fresh cauliflower
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 garlic bulk,
    1/2 onion
    2 celery stalks
Preparation
    Boil whole fryer in water with oregano, 1/2 whole onion, 2 stalks celery and 1 or 2 garlic bulbs, mashed, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
    Remove chicken and debone.
    Chop chicken up and add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate and serve after chilled.
    This is a great dish for a luncheon.
