Rick'S Gingerbread With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. dark molasses (Brer Rabbit is best)
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Place first 4 ingredients into bowl and beat lightly.
    Add to bowl flour, salt, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon.
    Add to bowl boiling water and beat well.
    Bake in a 9 x 14 x 2 1/2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until a testing stick comes out clean.
    You can serve gingerbread directly from pan.
