Cheese And Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 to 15 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
    little water
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    pepper and salt to taste
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables until fully tender.
    Shred all the fresh cheeses (unless already shredded).
    Put vegetables in the pie shell.
    Add onion, salt and pepper
