Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. arm or round steak
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. white wine
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    Season and brown steak on both sides.
    Add onion and cook until transparent.
    Add wine.
    Cover and cook 1 hour.
    Add soup; cover and bake 1 hour longer.
