Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 pkg. (8 slices) Kraft Swiss cheese
    1 pt. half and half cream
    1/4 lb. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and dice.
    Put potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    In a double boiler, combine half and half cream, butter and 8 slices of Swiss cheese cut into small pieces. Add salt and pepper.
    Cook this mixture until it thickens, keeping it smooth.
    Pour this mixture over potatoes and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove 1 hour before baking and bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Allow to get golden brown on top.
