Chili Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. minced onion (dried or sauteed)
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce (fat-free)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 c. cooked macaroni
    4 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
    2 c. cottage cheese (fat-free)
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (fat-free)
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    In water, mix onion and garlic.
    Blend with spaghetti sauce, chili powder and Tabasco.
    Layer rest of ingredients, alternating with sauce.
    End with sauce, then Mozzarella.
