Crusty Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 stick soft oleo
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks,flour, oleo and 1 cup of the sugar about 5 minutes.
    Add
    coconut,
    vanilla
    and milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and add

    1/2
    cup sugar.\tFold in with other mixture and pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 60 minutes or until pie is golden brown and firm.
